We can factor here; (x^2-9) is the difference in squares, factor out 4x also
4x%2F%28%28x-3%29%28x%2B3%29%29 * %28x-3%29%2F%284x%282x+%2B+3%29%29

Cancel (x-3)'s and 4x, leaving us with:
1%2F%28x%2B3%29 * 1%2F%282x%2B3%29 = 1%2F%28%28x%2B3%29%282x%2B3%29%29 = 1%2F%282x%5E2+%2B+9x+%2B+9%29%29
