You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve:
For interval:[0,2π]
(tan^2theta-16)(2costheta+1)=0
..
tan^2(x)-16=0
tan^2(x)=16
tan(x)=±√16
tan(x)=±4
Using inverse tan key of calculator:
round to 2 decimal places
x=1.33,1.86,4.47,4.96
..
2cos(x)+1=0
cos(x)=-1/2
x=2π/3, 4π/3
