+abs%28+5+-+2a+%29+=+13+
What is inside the absolute value sign can
be either +13+ or +-13+, so
+5+-+2a+=+13+
+2a+=+5+-+13+
+2a+=+-8+
+a+=+-4+
also
+5+-+2a+=+-13+
+2a+=+18+
+a+=+9+
