You can put this solution on YOUR website!
For problems like this when you are told to find "f of something," just plug the "something" into the given equation in place of x:
f%28x%29=2x%5E2-x%2B3
so if you need f(h), just plug in h.
f%28h%29=2h%5E2-h%2B3
Similarly for part b, you would have:
f%28x%2B2%29=2%28x%2B2%29%5E2-%28x%2B2%29%2B3
I will leave the simplification of the right hand side up to you.
