Equation:
y=-11x/6+b
solve for b using coordinates from one of given points (-4,5)
5=-11*(-4)/6=b
5=44/6+b
30=44+6b
6b=-14
b=-14/6=-7/3
Equation:: y=-11x/6-7/3
