You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If angle A is 3 times its supplement, angle B,
what are the measurements of the angles?
------------------------
Angle:: A = x
supplement:: B = 180-x
---------
Equation:
A = 3B
x = 3*180-x)
x = 540 - 3x
4x = 540
x = 135 degrees (angle A)
-----------
180-x = 180-135 = 45 degrees
-------------------------------
