x-y=-5
If x=0, then -y=-5, so y=5
If y=0, then x=-5

2x-6y=-18
If x=0, then -6y=-18, so y=3
If y=0, then 2x=-18, so x=-9

Graph these points and connect the respective dots! It should look like this:
