perimeter = 53
2w + 2(4w - 11) = 53
2w + 8w - 22 = 53
19w - 22 + 22 = 53 + 22
10w = 75
10w/10 = 75/10
w = 7.5
check:
2(7.5) + 2(4(7.5) - 11) = 53
15 + 2( 30 - 11) = 53
15 + 2(19) = 53
15 + 38 = 53
53 = 53
