Speed of airplane = x
Flying with headwind = x - 14
Flying with tailwind = x + 14
4*(x - 14) = 3.5*(x + 14)
4x - 56 = 3.5x + 49
Collect like terms:
4x - 3.5x = 49 + 56
0.5x = 105
x = 210 mph
