Something is wrong with the zero on the right hand side of this equation. I assume it's 3^0..
Add the powers of 3:
3%5E%282x-10%2Bx%2B9%29=3%5E0
3%5E%283x-1%29=3%5E0
3x-1=0
x=1%2F3
