Theatre 1 = x
Theatre 2 = 2x - 2
Theatre 3 = x + 11
x + (2x - 2) + (x + 11) = 193
x = 2x - 2 + x + 11 = 193
Collect like terms
x + 2x + x = 193 - 9
4x = 184
x = 46
Theatre 1 = 46 seats
Theatre 2 = 90 seats
Theatre 3 = 57 seats.
