PA = sqrt%28%28-2-0%29%5E2%2B%284-b%29%5E2%29=sqrt%284%2B%284-b%29%5E2%29=sqrt%28b%5E2-8b%2B20%29

PB =

Since PA=PB,

sqrt%28b%5E2-8b%2B20%29=sqrt%28b%5E2%2B6b%2B34%29
b%5E2-8b%2B20=b%5E2%2B6b%2B34
14b=-14
b=-1

So coordinates of P are (0,-1)
