You can put this solution on YOUR website!
consecutive integers: (x-1), x, (x+1)

5((x-1) + x) = 7 - (x + 1)
5(2x - 1) = 7 - x - 1
10x - 5 = -x + 6
11x = 11
x = 1

The integers are 0, 1, and 2.
