Impossible to tell with the given information. You have to supply the number of tests for which the 62 average was calculated and share whether the quiz is worth more than one grade or some percentage of the overall grade.

It depends on the number of quizzes you have taken in the past.
For example, if you took 3 quizzes and get an average of 62, then your new average should be (3*62+72) / (3+1) = 64.5.
However, if you took 10 quizzes and get a 62 average, then your new average is (10*62+72) / (10+1)= 62.9.
