Make a solid dot on the -3. Make a solid dot on the -10. Make a solid dot on all of the integers between the two. DO NOT make a solid heavy line that connects the two end points -- that is a graph of all real numbers in the interval [-10,-3], a very different thing than the set of integers on that interval.

Step 1) Draw out a number line

Step 2) Plot a closed circle at -10

Step 3) Plot a closed circle at -3

Step 4) Plot closed circles on each whole number that is between -10 and -3 (so circles at -9, -8, etc until you hit -3
