100-92=8% don't have lts.
100-68=32% don't have ips

8-2=6% don't have lts but have ips.
32-2=30% don't have ips but do have lts.
2% have neither.
6+30+2=38% don't have either a lt or an ip, or don't own both.
100-38=62% will own both of the two devices.
