pi< theta < 3pi/2,
Find sin2theita and sin theita/2.

If sin(theta) = -4/5
and pi< theta < 3pi/2
Then cos(theta) = -3/5
sin(2theta) = 2sin(theta)cos(theta) = 2(-4/5)(-3/5) = 24/25
