Let average speed be S
Total distance covered: (25 * 0.7) + (65 * 1.3), or 17.5 + 84.5, or 102 km
Total time = .7 + 1.3, or 2 hours

Average speed equals total distance, divided by total time
Therefore, average speed = 102%2F2, or highlight_green%2851%29 km/h
