Sum of the 2 digits is 3.
3 can be expressed as the sum of 2 non-negative numbers in only the following
ways.
3+0
0+3
1+2
2+1
Of the above, only the combination of 1,2 satisfy the condition that one digit
is double the other.
Hence the number is 12.
