You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Factor the last number:
18 = (2 x 9) or (3 x 6) or (18 x 1) [which factors add-up to 19?]
2+9=11 [doesn't work]
3+6=9 [doesn't work either]
18+1=19 [works]
.
So, 18 and 1 multiplied toegther equals (18) and when added together equals the middle term of (19.
.
(p+18)(p+1) [use the FOIL method to muliply the factors and you will get your original answer]
