You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x the length of the shorter leg
(2x+3)^2 = (x+7)^2+x^2
4x^2+12x+9 = 2x^2+14x +49
2x^2-2x-40 =0
x^2-x-20 = 0
x = 5 or x = -4 (x > 0)
Then x = 5
Answer: 5, 12 and 13
