To drive 24 hours there should be 24/2 = 12 stretches of 2-hours driving.
In between there will be 11 breaks of 20 mins each.
So the effective time for driving 24 hours is 24 hrs + 11 x 20 mins = 24 hrs + 220 mins = 27 hrs 40 mins.
