You can put this solution on YOUR website! I think what they are trying to say is that the
flower bed is a triangle, and only 2 of the sides are given.
If you imagine that the 6' side is connected to one
end of the 9' side by a hinge, and you rotate the 6' side,
you can rotate it to 2 extremes.
One way, it can line up with the 9' side, making
the 3rd side add up to
The other way, the 6' side can fold back on the 9'
side, making the 3rd side
So, the 3rd side must be between 3' and 15'
I think that's what they're getting at.
