Well, we know that the volume of a cylinder is given by the formula:
V=%28pi%29r%5E2h where r is the radius and h is the height, so we have:
300=%28pi%29r%5E2%2815%29 divide both sides by 15%28pi%29
300%2F%2815%28pi%29%29=r%5E2 or
r%5E2=20%2F%28pi%29
r=%2B-sqrt%28%2820%29%2F%283.14%29%29
r=2.524 cm
