Suppose the annual income is $X.

Of this $X, (24% + 13% =) 37% is spent on housing and entertainment.

Given that the amount spent on housing and entertainment is $24050.

0.37X+=+24050
X+=+24050%2F.37+=+65000

So the annual income is $65,000.
