Remember that area of a rectangle is product of the length and width. So if you know one side and the area then you need to divide the area with the side to obtain the remaining side.

Using the logic as above the remaining side is given by %2812x%5E2%2B5x-2%29%2F%284x-1%29

Now we need to try factorize 12x%5E2%2B5x-2 and check if +4x-1+ is a factor.



Therefore the remaining side of the rectangle is 3x+%2B+2.
