You can put this solution on YOUR website!
One way to do this is to factor the numerator and, if possible, cancel like factors in the numerator and denominator.
%282x%5E2+%2B+x+-+6%29%2F%282x+%2B+4%29+=+%282x+-+3%29%28x+%2B+2%29%2F%282x+%2B+4%29 Factor a 2 from the denominator.
%282x%5E2+%2B+x+-+6%29%2F%282x+%2B+4%29+=+%282x+-+3%29%28x+%2B+2%29%2F2%28x+%2B+2%29 Cancel the (x + 2)'s
%282x%5E2+%2B+x+-+6%29%2F%282x+%2B+4%29+=+%282x+-+3%29%2F2 or,
%282x%5E2+%2B+x+-+6%29%2F%282x+%2B+4%29+=+x+-+3%2F2
