The inequality is "greater than or equal", so it includes the lower endpoint, hence a square bracket at the lower end point. Your interval cannot contain a number smaller than 7.
By the way, do not try to approximate the infinity symbol with two lower case letter 'o's. Spell out infinity, or abbreviate it as inf or better, infty. For the other end of the number line, -infinity, or -inf or -infty
