Slope-Intercept form is y = mx + b
m is the slope
b is the y-intercept

3y = x + 3
y = (x/3) + 1 {divided each side by 3 to get into slope-intercept form}
y = (1/3)x + 1 {changed x/3 to be (1/3)x to show the slope}
slope = 1/3
