Since sine = opposite%2Fhypotenus, draw a right triangle
with opposite side the numerator of 3/4, which is 3, and 
a hypotenuse which is the denominator of 3/4, which is 4:

 

A simpler way to do it is this way: 

sin(A) = cos(B) = 3/4, and sec(B) = [reciprocal of cos(B)] = 4/3
