You can put this solution on YOUR website! According to the empirical rule, or the 68-95-99.7 rule, roughly 95% of the distribution is within 2 standard deviations of the mean.
So 100 - 95 = 5% of the distribution is further than 2 standard deviations of the mean. Cut this in half to get 5/2 = 2.5
So 2.5% of the data will lie beyond two standard deviations above the mean.
