You can put this solution on YOUR website!
unfortunately, no, you are not right

%28x%2F%285x%2B10%29%29%2B%28%28x-3%29%2F%28x%2B2%29%29=7%2F5...(x+2) is a factor of (5x+10), making this the common denominator

%28x%2F%285x%2B10%29%29%2B%28%285x-15%29%2F%285x%2B10%29%29=7%2F5...so %286x-15%29%2F%285x%2B10%29=7%2F5...cross multiplying gives 30x-75=35x+70...so 5x=-145 and x=-29
