You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The general equation of a circle
= x^2 + y^2 + 2gx + 2fy + c = 0
Centre = (-g,-f)
Therefore the equation of the circle:
x^2 + y^2 - 10x - 10y + 25 = 0
has (5,5) as the coordinates of its
centre.
Radius = square root of(g^2 + f^2 - c)
Square root of (5^2 + 5^2 - 25)
Square root of 25 + 25 - 25)
Square root of 25
= 5 units
Hope this helps.
