You can put this solution on YOUR website! You can choose to eliminate y or to eliminate x. If you choose to eliminate x, then simply subtract one equation from the other equation, since both equations contain 1*x. You would then simply solve for y. Use this value for y to then evaluate the value of x.
x-x=2y+3-(2.5y+2)
0=2y+3-2.5y-2
0=-0.5y+1
0.5y=1
y=2
Now evaluate x.
