in an absolute value, the thing in the absolute values can be both
pos(+) and neg(-)so in solving absolute value in positive and negative
4t-3=-6*notice that 6 is negative
4t-3=6*notice 6 is positive
solve for both equations.
4t-3=-6
4t=-3
t=-3/4

4t-3=6
4t=9
t=9/4
ANSWER: -3/4 and 9/4
