I tried in a spreadsheet but I only have the 15% "dissatisfaction" output not the "reverse".

if no issues, 100 will be 100% satisfactorily handled
if 15 were unsatisfactorily handled, means 15 out of 100 is 15% were unsatisfactorily handled
subtract 100-15% and you will arrive at the answer that helpdesk met 85% satisfaction
