Find slopes of opposite sides AB and CD
If the slopes are the same AB and CD are parallel.

Find slopes of opposite sides AD and BC
If the slopes are the same AD and BC are parallel.

If both pairs (above) are respectively parallel, ABCD is a parallelogram.
