The left-most point is (-3,2), which is included.
From there it follows the line y=x+5 until just before it gets
to (1,6), but it does not include (1,6). Then at 1, it has a
single isolated point (1,8). Then beginning just after the point
(1,3), which it does not contain, it follows the line y = -x+4
all the way to infinity on the right.
The domain is is from -3 to infinity, [-3,∞) or {x|x≥-3}.
It has a y-intercept when it is following the line y=x+5 and thus has
y-intercept (0,5).
It has an x-intercept when it is following the line y=-x+4, and thus
