| Question 765679: how do you solve this type of problem?
 Solve the inequality, write your solution in interval notation, and graph the solution set on a number line: 12-3x >33 (the greater sign should have a horizontal line under it.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! write your solution in interval notation, and graph the solution set on a number line: 12-3x >33 (the greater sign should have a horizontal line under it------- Add 3x t both sides to get:
 12 >= 3x+33
 ---
 Subtract 33 from both sides:
 3x <= -21
 ----
 x <= -3
 =================
 Draw a number line.
 plot x = -3,-2,-1,0,1, etc
 ----
 Draw an enclosed (solid) circle at x = -3
 Draw an arrow from that point to the right.
 ---
 The point and the arrow are the graph you want.
