: solve each equation:
(2x-5)(6x+1) =(3x+2)(4x-7)
i worked this out but i dont think i'm doing it right:
i foiled bothe sides and got this
12x^2 +2x-35= 12x^2-13x -14
from there i got 15x=21
and the answer would be 1 2/5 but i dont think its right...please help

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(2X-5)(6X+1)=(3X+2)(4X-7)
12X^2-30X+2X-5=12X^2+8X-21X-14 CANCELLING OUT THE 12X^2 WE HAVE
-28X+13X=-14+5
-15X=-9
X=-9/-15
X=3/5
