Subtract 20 from both sides, arrange as a quadratic equation:
25y^2 - 20y + 4 = 0
:
Looks like a perfect square (25 & 4 are perfect squares), factors easily to:
(5y - 2)(5y - 2) = 0
5y = +2
y = 2/5
