You can put this solution on YOUR website! Not enough information. Four variables, one symbolic statement. You must have more given facts for a, b, and c. You can find the roots but can tell NOTHING about the inequality other than symbolic intervals where the sign of the polynomial may change.
IF you have a specific quadratic inequality, then this can be analyzed and answered accordingly.
