Question 76362: Complete the factorization of the binomial.
a^2 - a = -a( )
This is what I have so far...
GCF = 1
GCF of variables = a
The answer I got is a^2 - a = -a(-a +1)
I have to show my work but not sure how...can you help please...

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
That would work since if you distribute -a%28-a%2B1%29 you get a%5E2-a or you could also say the factorization is:
a%5E2+-+a+=+a%28a-1%29 Since you said the GCF of the variables (in this case if the GCF itself) is a so we can factor out an a (instead of -a)
