Question 763369: Triangle ABC is an isosceles triangle where angle A and B have the same measure. If angle B is 42 degrees, what is the measure of angle C? Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! An isosceles triangle has two sides
equal
It also has two angles equal (Given: A and B)
If B = 42 degrees then A = 42 degrees
The angles of a triangle = 180 degrees.
So, angle C = 180 - (42 + 42)
= 180 - 84
= 96 degrees
Hope this helps.
