You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First get all terms to one side
25y%5E2-20y%2B4=0
Now factor the left side
ERROR Algebra::Solver::Engine::invoke_solver_noengine: solver not defined for name 'quadratic_factoring'.
Error occurred executing solver 'quadratic_factoring' .

If we replace the x's with y's, the left side then becomes
%285y-2%29%285y-2%29=0
Since the two factors are the same, we can write them as this
%285y-2%29%5E2=0
sqrt%285x-2%29%5E2=sqrt%280%29 Take the square root of both sides
5y-2=0
5y=2 Add 2 to both sides
y=2%2F5 Divide both sides by 5
So our answer is y=2%2F5

Check:
25y%5E2-20y%2B4=0
25%282%2F5%29%5E2-20%282%2F5%29%2B4=0 Plug in y=2%2F5
25%284%2F25%29-40%2F5%2B4=0
100%2F25-40%2F5%2B4=0
4-8%2B4=0
8-8=0
0=0 works
