Question 762952: Hello,
I have been working on a more complex equation and have worked it down to the following:
n+4=6n
it is not in fact the solution I am after but a refresher as to how to rework the equation so the unknowns are all on one side of the equation. So, how do I get all the values for n on one side so I can break it down. It has been 25 years since grade 11 math and I am attempting a distance ed course for college entry

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
n+4=6n
--------
Subtract n from both sides
4 = 5n
Divide by 5
n = 4/5
