+s+%2B+16+ = Son's age in 16 years

(2) +s+=+7+

(1) +f+%2B+16+=+2s+%2B+32+
(1) +f+-+2s+=+16+
Substitute (2) into (1)
(1) +f+-+2%2A7+=+16+
(1) +f+-+14+=+16+
(1) +f+=+30+
The Father is 30 now
