Question 762058: I am trying to get this {{-3x^3(x-2)^2(x+5)=0}} to polynomial function.
the example i have is -3x^3(x-2)^2(x+7)=0 and its saying that the way it should be is -3x^6-9x^5+72x^4-84x^3=0
I don't understand how I have to distribute the parenthesis.

I am trying to get this -3x%5E3%28x-2%29%5E2%28x%2B5%29=0 to polynomial function.
Not sure what you mean by "get ... to polynomial function."
It's an equation. Usually they're to be solved, in this case, for x.
