What percentage of the observations of a random variable that is normally distributed will fall between 0.25 standard deviations below the mean and 1.04 standard deviations above the mean?

35% of the area is over the interval (0,1.04)
10% of the area is over the interval (0,0,25)

Therefore the area over the interval (0.25,1.04) is 35%-10%=25%
