The first time that they all meet again would be the LCM (Least Common Multiple) of 5, 10 and 15, which is 30 minutes.
I am assuming you already know how to get the LCM of 3 numbers.

1st cyclist has gone around +30%2F5+=+6+ times
2nd cyclist has gone around +30%2F10+=+3+ times
3rd cyclist has gone around +30%2F15+=+2+ times
